Using PlayfulSim

By using the site, you agree to these terms and to use PlayfulSim lawfully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Entertainment, not advice

PlayfulSim games, results and commentary are fictionalized entertainment. They are not financial, legal, medical, investment, purchasing or other professional advice. Reference prices and values are rounded approximations and may not reflect current retail or market conditions.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for decisions you make outside the site. Do not rely on a simulator result as a factual assessment, valuation or recommendation.

Community voting

Would You Rather displays genuine anonymous aggregate visitor votes. Do not automate votes, evade duplicate protection, manipulate totals, interfere with the voting service or misrepresent results. We may reject or remove abusive or invalid activity.

Intellectual property

PlayfulSim’s branding, interface, original writing, game content and visual assets are protected by applicable laws. You may share normal game links and result cards for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners; reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Prohibited use

Do not attack, scrape at disruptive scale, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious code, bypass access controls, infringe rights or use the site in violation of law.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, retire or temporarily suspend content and features. We aim to keep PlayfulSim reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage of local sessions or error-free results.

Device sharing tools, hosting infrastructure and any external links are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms.
